The Association of Black Psychologists seeks to liberate, empower, enliven and illuminate the African spirit. With that in mind, qualified mind body expert Dr Clairborne will share her insight on the Impact of Stress on Hormones and What To Do About It. The guest speech will take place Saturday 29 June 12-1pm EST in Atlanta.
Also on Saturday, shoppers can pick up a healthy dose of positive thinking along with their weekly shop as Dr Clairborne hosts a seminar on Stress, Hormones, and the Secrets to Being the Best You Can Be at Any Age!. Part of a holistic expo, the unique event will take place at Life Grocery in Marietta, GA.
